The Townley shareholders have been working diligently to realize this opportunity through a grand partnership with the team at Weir. We are proud to announce that the terms of our collaboration have been formally accepted by both parties and that upon closing, which is subject to certain regulatory requirements, Townley will join the distinguished Weir group.
