Series 6000 Material Handling Hose

The Series 6000 is the flagship of the hose line with the best utility for most applications. This medium-duty hose is available in lengths from 5 to 50 feet and 3″ to 40” ID. With excellent flexibility for discharge duty and light suction, this hose can handle up to 150 PSI operating pressure.

This hose has many advantages over rigid pipes that are often used in many mining applications. The Series 6000 rubber hose will outlast any pipe when dealing with abrasive material. Our hoses have been special designed to minimize any abrasion or corrosion that occurs when transporting slurry. Rubber hose is lighter and more flexible than piping which allows for easier installation and rotation of the hose.  Being able to rotate the hose easily is good because it will help increase the life of the product.

These hoses are custom built to your needs and fit into your existing set-up easily. Our custom-built hose will reduce the number of flanged fittings your operation needs saving time and money.
