Townley's phenomenal success in mining, phosphate processing, dredging and coal fired power plants for over forty years has been attributed to our “Engineering application” style of doing business.
We listen to our customers, observe process problems first-hand and, based on our broad technical resources, offer unique, workable cost–effective solutions to improve safety, maintenance down-time and ease of assembly.
Over the years we have expanded our capabilities to serve a variety of international customers involved in dredging, copper mining and, in the last decade, have directly influenced the North American power plant’s sulfur emission reduction programs by providing high reliability products.
As a company, we have transformed from a high quality replacement part manufacturer to an OEM for many projects, including complete pump assemblies, valves and cyclone arrays.
Our whole manufacturing cycle is focused on quality and delivery. We have increased our diligence with regard to order tracking, expediting and timely delivery. The major result in this productivity initiative is higher quality and reduction of rework.
