- Valve Body is lined with our proprietary liquid Towniprene™ urethane
- Pressures up to 150 PSI
- Isolated brass stem bushing prevents corrosion and assures smooth actuation
- Full packing seal around top of blade with a 4-bolt compression plate for positive seal
- Full port ID, 2 inch to 30 inch
- Corrosion resistent steel stem
- Precision-cut stainless steel blade with a CNC machined edge radius
- TSF-2R blade coating available to repel slurry bonding to blade
80 BA Knife Gate Valves - Severe Duty
- Purpose-built to work in the most severe high-impact service environments
- Incorporates two opposed high-chrome iron inserts bonded into the Towniprene seat
when the cavity is lined
- Sealing is provided by the urethane seat with the matching radiused blade
- All 80 Series valves are built standard from 3 to 24 inch ID, with larger sizes available
- Every 80 Series valve is bi-directionally wet tested to the full rated pressure and certified
for use, before release to inventory
