Our tapered pins have Towniprene caps to allow inspection access and corrosion protection

Interference fit between the neoprene disk and the Towniprene seat, assure positive seal
One Piece Shaft
A solid shaft runs fully through the disk from top to bottom, assuring a centered disk and robust integrity
Towniprene Lining
Our proprietary urethane formulations are designed to wear exceptionally well in fine-feed circuits

New disks welded from carbon steel in convex style ensure maximum integrity of final assembly
Enhancements to Core
Expanded metal strips are welded to the valve body to ensure lock-in of Towniprene lining
Valve Assembly and Testing
The body and disk are brought together, operators are installed and pressure tested.
